Supervision plays an essential role in self-care and professional development. It offers a space for one to breath, reflect, and share openly about successes and struggles. It is a place to ask questions, heal and grieve. It is a place to be reminded of our strengths and passion for our work. And finally, it is a place where we are able to attune to our heart and listen to what we need personally and professionally in order to hold ourselves and our clients more fully.
For the past 6 years I have had the honor of supervising art therapy students and post graduate art therapy professionals working towards their ATR-BC. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding your professional journey and supervision requirements.
